Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to cover the North of England. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within our surgical division, establishing strong relationships with clinicians and partners predominantly within a surgical setting, and implementing strategic sales plans. Daily tasks include market analysis, theatre support, proposal development, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

* Perform market analysis, provide theatre support, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
* Proven experience in a surgical environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus as either a clinician or within industry
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science-based discipline or related field is preferred
