This role is responsible for delivering a professional, responsive, and solutions-focused service that enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens long-term client relationships. Your new role As a Customer Services Administrator, your role would involve: Customer Support & Communication. Serves as the primary interface for customer enquiries within the Customer Support department. Generate and issue quotations for recommended system spares. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in both paper and digital formats. Support the arrangement of scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide. Coordinate with customers regarding service logistics and updates. Ensure availability of required materials and manage travel arrangements. Facilitate the timely completion and submission of service reports. What you'll need to succeed Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
