The Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Leeds team and provide essential support in the delivery of technical projects. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a technical mindset, and a passion for keeping projects on track.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and technical teams, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of IT and technical projects.
* Track project progress, updating schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, and action trackers.
* Coordinate between technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
* Assist with risk management, issue escalation, and change control processes.
* Support testing, UAT coordination, and deployment activities where required.
* Prepare regular progress updates for senior project staff.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a project coordination or junior project management role, ideally within IT or technical environments.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana).
* Confidence working with technical teams and understanding technical terminology.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) desirable.
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 – £36,000 DOE
