**Deputy Head Nurse - Portsmouth, Hampshire**
Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Head Nurse to join their nursing team in Portsmouth. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team committed to delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
The Deputy Head Nurse will assist the Head Nurse in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement of clinical activities within the surgery.

Full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Each shift is 9 hours long, encompassing consulting, inpatient, and surgical duties.
Weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern.

Salary: The salary range for this role is between £29,000-£34,000 p/a - reflective of skills and experience
