IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency built around one idea: connecting the right lifestyle brands with the right creators to deliver commercial results and brand awareness.
We work across travel, wellness, lifestyle, and education — partnering brands like Holafly, MyHeritage, Lingopie, and Mochi Health with content creators who can tell their story authentically.
We're a small, dynamic team that moves fast, thinks commercially, and cares deeply about the quality of what we put out. Everyone has real ownership of their work. Good ideas get heard, problems get solved, and people who deliver get recognised.
We're growing. and building the team and systems to support that properly. There's real opportunity here for the right person to grow with us.
The role
This role sits between Creator discovery and Client delivery, You own the creator outreach and conversion pipeline: from first contact through to a fully briefed, pitch ready creator handed over to the campaigns team.
You work closely with the influencer team, support the Campaigns Manager during active campaigns, and report into the Influencer Director. You are versatile, comfortable both in the detail of sourcing and in the relationship work that turns a cold outreach into a trusted creator partnership.
In addition to creator sourcing and outreach, this role is responsible for helping build IRG's long term creator network and creator intelligence function. The Influencer Specialist will develop a strong understanding of creator trends, emerging talent, audience fit, and category expertise across IRG's core verticals, ensuring the agency continues to build a high quality creator ecosystem that supports campaign performance and future growth
What you'll do
* Manage the creator outreach pipeline - following up on contacts in Instantly, converting responses into activated relationships, and keeping momentum through to agreement
* Own creator communication from first reply through to confirmed brief acceptance - so the campaigns team receives creators who are ready to go, not just sourced
* Support the Influencer team on discovery - running Modash searches, manually scouting platforms, and vetting creators against live brand briefs
* Keep ClickUp Influencer Network records complete and current - every creator you add must be fully logged with all required fields before being tagged pitch ready
* Support the update and maintenance of the Influencer SOP documenting process improvements
* Assist the Campaigns Manager during live campaigns, supporting briefing, creator comms, and approval chasing where needed
* Flag creators who are underperforming, unresponsive, or a risk to client relationships
* Spot gaps in the pipeline and brands we could be matched for, as well as creators who haven't been actioned
* Monitor creator trends, emerging talent, platform developments, and category shifts across Travel, Wellness, Lifestyle, and Education
* Surface creator opportunities, market insights, and emerging creator recommendations proactively to the wider team
* Maintain awareness of creator pricing trends, market benchmarks, and creator availability across key categories
Creator Network Development and Qualification
* Build and maintain IRG's preferred creator network across core verticals
* Develop long-term creator relationships that improve campaign efficiency, responsiveness, and repeat creator activation
* Maintain regular communication with priority creators and talent managers to strengthen IRG's creator network over time
* Vet creators against audience quality, engagement trends, brand fit, commercial suitability, and campaign objectives before recommending them to the campaigns team
How we work
We use ClickUp to manage the creator network and campaigns, Instantly for outreach, Modash for discovery and data, and Slack for daily communication. Everyone owns their work — there is no waiting for direction.
We also use AI tools including Claude to work faster: categorising creators, researching niche availability, drafting outreach copy, and sense-checking brief fit. You don't need to arrive knowing how to use these. We'll show you. What matters is that you're open and curious about working this way.
