Role: 2x Finance Analyst
Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Salary: NHS Band 5 (£31,049 – £33,487, pro rata)
Hybrid: 2 days on-site ideally (some weeks may be 1 day) – flexible between both sites

Sellick Partnership is partnering with an NHS organisation to recruit 2x Finance Analysts on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
The Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will be:
* Supporting the Financial Management team with monthly reporting, analysis and data for budget holders
* Preparing reports, analysis and ad-hoc financial information to support decision-making
* Assisting with variance analysis, financial modelling and forecasts
* Acting as a point of contact for budget holders and providing advice on financial queries
* Producing complex information in a clear and concise way for both finance and non-finance managers
* Supporting the month-end process including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
The Ideal candidate for the Finance Analyst will have:
* Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
* Good numerical skills with the ability to deep dive into data and provide meaningful insights
* The ability to multitask effectively, particularly during month end where parallel tasks are required
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with budget holders across the organisation
* Experience with advanced finance systems
* NHS finance experience is desirable, but candidates from wider public sector or private backgrounds will also be considered
* AAT/part-qualified or qualified by experience (full qualification not required at this level).
