We are currently seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Poulton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside dedicated staff, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups
* Deliver targeted interventions to small groups or individual pupils
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting
* A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for education and child development
