Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Deliver great customer service by ensuring the team provides a consistent, high‑quality experience.
* Muck in: help with opening/closing the branch, checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
* Inspire: encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Ask questions and build relationships: support your team's development, foster future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave with everything they need.

* Maintain a fun working environment: keep product availability high, uphold branch standards, and make the branch a place everyone loves to work.
