Our client islooking for a hardworking person with good communication & organisational skills to join our busy working environment. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. Main function of the post: As an administrator, you will assist in the day to day running of the processes and systems throughout the business and provide an administrative support to various departments across the company. Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (37.5hrs per week) however, the company will consider part-time candidates, for example 09:00-15:00 Monday to Friday. £25,000pa pro rata Duties and Responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to: - provide administrative assistance to various departments - manage incoming calls from customers in a professional manner - maintaining electronic logs - updating internal documentation - take meeting minutes when required - keeping employee training records and training matrix up to date - assist with the Purchase Ordering Systems - assist with marketing and sales activities Competencies required for this Administrator role: - excellent written and spoken communication skills - Microsoft Office - SAGE and SAGE CRM - superb organizational skills - great attention to detail - knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 will be an advantage - knowledge of BRCGS Packaging standard would be a benefit If you are interested please apply online.
