We are recruiting for a Branch Operation Clerk ideally with 2 years experience within the airfreight industry to join a large independent freight forwarding company located in Birmingham.


This role will be assisting with processing import and export consignments in line with department goals.


Duties:

Processing import and export consignments

General administration

Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service

Adhering to company procedures


What we are looking for:

At least 2 years of experience within a similar airfreight role

Experience within import/export would be an advantage

High level of customer service

Strong organisational skills

Positive attitude
