As Regional Member Engagement Manager, you’ll help build and maintain a connected and inclusive member community within your region. Working closely with the Regional Board and internal colleagues, you’ll support the delivery of local engagement activities, events, and outreach initiatives that reflect the needs and interests of our members.
This is a varied and people-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys coordinating activities, supporting volunteers, and working with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be involved in everything from responding to member queries and organising events to promoting the profession and supporting early careers initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Regional Board and help coordinate its activities, meetings, and contributions to regional goals.
* Collaborate with the Regional Lead and Business Development Manager to support the Regional Market Plan.
* Respond to member queries professionally and promptly, including candidates and counsellors.
* Help plan and deliver events that promote learning, networking, and community-building.
* Support outreach initiatives, including school visits and early careers programmes.
* Manage the region’s social media presence and share member stories and updates.
* Use feedback and data to help improve member experience and engagement.
* Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support regional activity.
You’re a confident communicator with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in supporting professional communities. You’re comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and engaging with people from a variety of backgrounds and career stages.
This role would suit someone with experience in engagement, events, or community coordination—particularly within a professional or membership-based environment.

This means up to 40% of your time can be spent working remotely, with the remaining 60% spent in member-facing settings, at a RICS office, or attending regional events and activities.
