Northamptonshire Children's Trust is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager - DAAT to join their service on a locum basis, providing vital cover within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Role Details:
* Position: Team Manager - DAAT
* Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)
* Location: One Angel Square
* Working Pattern: Hybrid
* Contract: Sickness Cover
About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity to lead within an Assessment/Front Door (DAAT) service, overseeing safeguarding decisions and supporting a team managing complex cases. You will play a key role in ensuring timely assessments and high-quality interventions to safeguard children and support families.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Team Manager within Assessment / Front Door services
* Strong background in safeguarding and managing assessment teams
* Ability to lead, support and develop staff in a high-pressure environment
* Confident decision-making and strong risk assessment skills

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
