Key Duties:
1. Maintain Branch Accounts: You'll be responsible for meticulously maintaining the accounts of selected branches within Your World Recruitment Group. This includes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
2. Month and Year End Assistance: Assist in the smooth execution of month-end and year-end financial processes. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
3. Bank Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Your diligence in this area will contribute to the integrity of our financial records.
4. Support in Audit Preparation: Assist in the annual audit process by preparing information and accounts as required. Your thoroughness and ability to compile accurate financial data will be invaluable during audit procedures.
5. Generate General Margin Reports: Utilising essential systems like Excel, you'll produce general margin reports to provide insights into our financial performance.
