CONVEYANCING ASSISTANTEPPING, ESSEX£24,000 - £28,000QED Legal are currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary, to join our well-respected client in Epping, EssexWe are looking for someone with experience assisting on cases to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to have roughly 1 to 5 years experience.The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
* sales
* purchase
* leaseholds
* freeholds
* remortgages
* transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications.
