We are looking for a full -time Kitchen/Pastry Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team.
Salary: From £35,000 - £38,000, per year plus tips.
Job Type: Full-time and permanent
Working Week: Wednesday to Sunday lunch time - 50/55hrs a week
Duties include:
* Working as part of a team to make and prepare the food menu.
* · Preparation work for the lunch and dinner service.
* · Stocking checking and ordering ingredients
* · Weighing and measuring ingredients
* · Operating a variety of kitchen equipment
* · Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Characteristics: be a team player, a great communicator, precise on detail, and have great customer service skills.
Experience: 2 year's minimum experience required (preferably at Michelin star level) English language essential, and EU Settlement Status required if applicable.
Growth: The successful applicant will be provided with a good competitive salary (based on experience). Depending, on your work performance there is a possibility of promotion and growth.
Rest Days: all year Monday's & Tuesday's and also Sunday evenings on the following months – Jan, Feb, March,April,Oct,Nov,Dec.
Staff Set Annual Holidays: Summer 2- week holidays in August. Winter holidays December & January from the 23rd December 2025 until 21st January 2026.
