We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible Children & Young people through leading by example to other Children’s & Young person’s support workers.

Location: Cardington, England, United Kingdom
Contract: Permanent • Full Time • 40 hours per week
Salary: £14.17 - £14.99 per hour (£29,473.60 - £31,179.20 per annum)
Closing Date: Tuesday 30 September 2025
Shifts: 2-3 shifts per week with long hours and sleep-ins (dependent on home) on a rota basis; 365-day-a-year role including holidays
Responsibilities
* Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
* Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
* Assisting the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
* Carrying out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
* Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
* Welcoming a diverse culture in the home
* Creating a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements
* You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
* Driving is preferred although not essential – depending on locations of the homes

This role requires flexibility and reliability to help our young people make positive choices. The position involves sleep-ins and shift work; details will be provided on the rota.
