We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s Revenue team and help accelerate growth in the digital health and clinical research sector. This role is focused on lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development, supporting senior sales colleagues with qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify target accounts within pharma, biotech, and healthtech
* Run outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone
* Qualify inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
* Book discovery meetings and hand over opportunities to Account Executives
* Contribute to sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, prospecting materials)
* Keep CRM (HubSpot) records accurate and up to date
* Use AI and automation tools to personalise outreach and improve efficiency
About You
* 2–4 years’ experience as an SDR / BDR / Inside Sales in SaaS or healthtech
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple outreach streams
* Familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM/BD tools
* Interest in healthcare, AI, or digital transformation
* Resilient, coachable, and motivated to achieve targets
