Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service and ensure every guest feels like a VIP Build warm, genuine relationships with guests Work closely and professionally with your teammates Upsell food and beverage options to elevate the guest experience Provide knowledgeable wine service, including pairings Run food and drinks with speed, accuracy, and a smile Keep cool under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment ✅ What You Bring to the Table: A minimum of 12 months of waiting experience Confidence with à la carte service and high standards of delivery Ability to take accurate food & drink orders with ease Skilled in carrying, loading, and unloading trays Wine service confidence—pairing, presenting, pouring Familiarity with fine dining menu descriptions and terminology Professional, calm, and confident in every situation Please note: Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
