The Role and Responsibilities: You will be the key point of contact for vehicle movements on-site, ensuring safety and logistics run smoothly from the very start of this significant project. Directing and Managing the safe movement of all construction traffic, including large deliveries, plant machinery, and site vehicles. Controlling Entry and Egress at the site gates, liaising with security and management. Maintaining clear communication with drivers using clear hand signals and radio contact. Strictly enforcing the segregation of vehicles and pedestrians across the site. Ensuring continuous adherence to all site Health and Safety protocols. Essential Requirements: A valid traffic marshall / vehicle banksman qualification or ticket is mandatory. A valid CSCS card is essential. Proven experience managing traffic flow on a large or complex construction site. Excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and a strong focus on safety. Commitment to a long-term contract starting in the New Year. Must have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
