About The Role
Are you a University Graduate with a Degree in any of the English specialisms, interested in a career in Education? Do you have experience working with children? If so, you can gain paid work in mainstream secondary schools across Sheffield supporting pupils with learning disabilities, additional learning needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs.
Location: Doncaster (DN3)
Duration: April 2025 – Ongoing

Role Details
The desired Graduate would work as a Cover Supervisor, with an interest in future Teaching roles, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. The candidate will receive appropriate training and support.
You will need to build positive relationships with pupils, develop strategies to overcome barriers to learning, and help them maximize their educational experience. This role can be full or part-time depending on your circumstances.
Requirements
* Have a warm and friendly nature to build positive relationships with pupils.
* Hold a degree in English Literature or Language.
* Be willing to work in mainstream secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor.
Salary depends on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirements are relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
