Job description:

We have an opportunity for a Project Delivery Lead to join the team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution and completion of parts and assemblies to the required delivery dates, ensuring on-time project delivery. We aspire to be the best in every aspect of our team. What you will be doing:

1. Processing design releases into manufacturing to meet build and development targets.
2. Maintaining stock, scheduling re-orders of existing parts, and coordinating manufacturing schedules to meet targets.
3. Ensuring the on-time delivery of all parts within the designated engineering sections.
4. Handling engineering changes and managing the Bill of Materials for the responsible engineering section.
5. Communicating proactively with stakeholders to report project progress and ensure delivery of components and projects.
6. Reporting deviations from the project plan promptly to mitigate risks and manage expectations.
7. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's ERP system and contributing to its ongoing development.

Requirements:

1. A sound understanding of basic engineering principles.
2. Knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes.
3. Thorough understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. Experience with ERP systems.
6. Ability to perform duties accurately and efficiently.
7. Effective communication with key stakeholders.
8. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
9. Proficiency with MS applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
10. Flexible attitude and ability to work in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
11. Contributing positively to an inclusive and diverse culture.
