You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, guiding them through complex organisational change, talent strategy, and cultural evolution in the wake of our recent merger. You’ll champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, and play a key role in embedding these values into the fabric of our teams.

This is a role for a bold, forward-thinking professional who thrives in ambiguity, embraces change, and is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive cultures.

5. Partner with the Specialist P&C CoE teams to provide relevant and value adding proactive support and solutions.

13. Able to lead projects and change programmes within your client groups and wider as required.

14. Able to exercise a level of independent judgement and make sound decisions that enhance business performance, often with little direction while ensuring you comply with laws and regulations.
