About The Role
Connex Education are working in partnership with a secondary academy in the NG17 region who are seeking part time support from Exam Invigilators throughout this exam season.
The role itself is part time and you will often be required to work for 3/4 hours at a time, dependent on the exam schedule (this could increase if desired); and this will be seasonal depending on exam periods which run.
Ideally having a DBS on the update service, with child work force check would be a significant advantage.

Between exam season, we can offer you teaching assistant and/or cover supervisor roles, in order to maintain your income should you be interested.

As the successful Exam Invigilator you will need the following:
* Have some experience working with young people in either a school setting or a similar environment, i.e- NCS / Sports coaching etc
* Hold strong communication skills both orally and written
* Willing to undergo continual professional training
* Able to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’
* Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humour
* Be able to commute to the Kirkby in Ashfield
