Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on an 8-month temporary contract based in Lincolnshire. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are £27 per survey across all property types.
Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
Responsibilities
* Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
* Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
* Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
* Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
* Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required
* Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties
* Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys
Skills, knowledge and expertise
* Must hold a full UK driving license
