This role offers an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Our head office in Chiswick Park provides great public transport links, agile working spaces, meeting and training rooms, as well as formal and informal workstations. The park also has excellent restaurants and services to suit your needs.
Parking within Chiswick Park is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternative parking options are available outside the park.
What will this role achieve?
We seek a dedicated individual to support the generation of medium to long-term financial and operational demand plans.
The role involves analyzing and interpreting historical sales data at customer and product levels within the UK&I region. This analysis will inform the review of the forward forecast across all commercial teams, aiming to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
What will be your key deliverables?
* Analysis, interpretation, and communication of sales performance
* Collaborate with the Senior Demand Planning Analyst to generate medium to long-term monthly forecast projections
* Leverage historical data and market intelligence to enhance trend analysis
* Understand deviations in historical performance and incorporate these insights into future demand models
* Review and challenge the 'bottom-up' forecasts generated by customer demand planners and their teams
* Apply and understand monthly forecast activities, including accuracy and deviations
* Hold monthly performance review meetings with demand planners
* Assess performance against future demand projections and recommend adjustments
* Develop monthly summaries of demand performance, considering competitor and retailer actions
* Monitor new product launch performances and recommend future changes
* Maintain internal reporting systems and generate performance reports
* Collaborate with internal data teams to develop new reporting requirements
* Act as the primary contact for internal systems like Foundry
Operational Demand Planning (approx. 25% of role)
* Provide support and direction to the Ireland commercial team
* Conduct account review meetings and offer ad hoc support as needed

Interview process
First stage: 45-minute competency-based interview based on company values and your experience.
Second stage: 60-minute technical interview, case study, or presentation.
