Executive Personal Assistant to the Directors Location: Peterborough Salary: Up to £45,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, Hybrid (3 days in the office) Are you a highly organised and proactive PA looking for a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic business? We are a collaborative and engaging organisation, and our central office is the vibrant hub of our operations. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to provide crucial support to our Directors, ensuring they can operate with maximum efficiency and impact. This is more than just a PA role; you will be the face of our central office, responsible for fostering a positive, efficient, and engaging workplace for everyone. Key Accountabilities: Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Directors, managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel. Act as the first point of contact for the central office, ensuring a professional and welcoming impression for all visitors and staff. Drive organisational efficiency by implementing and managing effective systems and ways of working. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with a keen eye for detail. Facilitate smooth internal and external communications, primarily through Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Play a key role in organising company events, meetings, and off-sites Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. The Right Person: You are an experienced PA who is calm, trustworthy, and thrives on making things happen. Highly organised & efficient: You have an innate ability to prioritise a complex workload and multitask seamlessly, even under pressure. A brilliant communicator: You enjoy working collaboratively with others at all levels to achieve common goals. Technologically adept: You are an expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. A natural problem-solver: You have a proactive mindset and anticipate needs before they arise. Office champion: You take pride in creating an efficient and positive working environment. Previous office management experience is advantageous.
