We are currently closed for a major refurbishment which will bring an exciting new look and feel to our customers, both old and new! We re-open at the end of March and are looking for additional passionate chefs to start around mid-March in readiness for our grand opening!
Position
Your Role As Chef
* Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
* Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
* Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
* Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
* Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
* Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
Requirements
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 6 months chef experience
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
* A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
