Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
* Experience the products and services on offer.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with team support.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.
Must be:
* Outgoing, positive, and personable.
* Competent in administrative duties.
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
* Capable of performing operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and support team needs.
* Target-focused, supporting sales and retention goals.
