Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Specialist to join their team, supporting Theatres, Critical Care, and A&E across the South East (Hampshire, West Sussex, Sussex, Kent & Southeast London). As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your region, introducing innovative vascular products, delivering training, and building lasting relationships with clinical teams and decision makers. You will play a key role in expanding product usage and uncovering new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering sales targets and growing market share across your territory Building strong relationships in Theatres, Critical Care, and Emergency Medicine Leading training sessions, product trials, and customer presentations Identifying and winning new business, while managing and expanding key accounts Representing the business at clinical meetings, congresses, and events What were looking for: A proven track record of success in field based sales, ideally in a fast paced environment such as FMCG, medical devices, or other competitive industries Consistent achievement of sales targets with clear evidence of results Strong tenure in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and progression rather than frequent moves This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to step into a territory role within a rapidly expanding company.
