Internal Accounts Coordinator – Wolseley – Sales Team

Can be based at any branch in the Solihull or Birmingham area.

As a Internal Accounts Coordinator based in our Central Region you’ll be responsible for:

* Proactively contacting dormant customers within the central region to re-establish connections and uncover new or additional sales opportunities.

* Delivering exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with assigned customers and supporting branches.

* Accurately updating and maintaining customer records in the company’s CRM system.

* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with branches in your designated area.

* Meeting daily call targets and having a proactive approach to managing your own time.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, either 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm. You’ll be based at a local Wolseley branch in either Birmingham or Solihull area for three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

* Excellent communication skills.

* Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales environments.

* Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.

* Self-motivated with a keen eye for identifying sales opportunities and achieving targets.

* Industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
