We are Centrick. Founded in 2005, we are a group of businesses dedicated to all things of residential property, with a national presence. We provide building & estate management services for developments of all sizes, and cover all aspects of Land, New Homes, Investments & Asset Management, and servicing overseas clients. We also have a separate team focused exclusively on providing soft services such as cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance to residential and commercial sites.
Our HQ is based in Birmingham city centre, which houses many of our front-line teams as well as our support functions including marketing, finance and people. Every day we set out to achieve our vision: to make customers’ lives better, the Centrick way.
Who we’re looking for
We’re Seeking a Highly Organised And Emotionally Intelligent Professional Who Can Bring Clarity And Calm To a Fast-paced And Demanding Environment. You’ll Need To Be:
* Experienced in supporting an entrepreneur or founder with a direct, high-expectation leadership and communication style.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to stay composed when priorities change at short notice
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently for long periods, with the confidence to make decisions and keep things moving
* A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and makes things happen
* Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
* Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling both sensitive business and personal matters
* Tech-savvy and confident in Outlook, Excel, Teams, AI and other business tools
* Flexible, with a willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or to support at the Founder’s properties
This role places you at the heart of a dynamic organisation, working directly with its Founder. It’s a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same — and it won’t be the right fit for everyone.
What you’ll be doing
This is a varied and challenging role requiring initiative, resilience, and sound judgment. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply.
Responsibilities Include
* Providing confidential, proactive executive support to our Founder across business and personal commitments
* Acting as a central liaison between the Founder and the wider Centrick Group, ensuring communication flows effectively and priorities are actioned
* Monitoring the Founder’s inbox, prioritising key correspondence, and ensuring important actions are followed through, with diary management as required
* Coordinating national and international travel, often arranged at short notice
* Supporting the founder’s wider business interests
* Managing elements of domestic administration, including coordinating school calendars, booking travel and personal appointments, and overseeing the service schedule for the Founder’s properties (e.g. alarms, utilities, maintenance)
* Taking ownership of logistical planning and supporting with personal admin where needed
* Working largely independently on a day-to-day basis (the role is based in Hampshire while the Founder resides in Guernsey), ensuring tasks progress smoothly and the Founder is kept fully briefed
