Brightside Preschool are an Early Years setting who are looking to do things a bit differently we want to make childcare more affordable and accessible to families in our local community, whilst showing children the Brightside in everyday. We have been open since January 2023 and, due to increased demand, we need passionate practitioners like you to help us make our setting the best it can be. Practitioners who believe in our vision for the future and want to make a difference in your local community. We are currently looking to reconfigure our leadership team, creating an opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join the team as a Room Leader. The ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, with at least 2 years experience working in a supervisory role within an early years setting. They will be confident at leading a small team of practitioners, as well as being able to assist with mentoring and training apprentices within the setting. Most importantly they will be able to assess the children's stage of development, plan engaging activities according to the interest of the children, and deliver a robust and diverse curriculum within the room. All staff work 38 weeks of the year, plus 2 inset days and 5.6 weeks holiday pay per year. This equates to 44 weeks, paid as a salary across 12 months.
