Involve Recruitment are looking for a proactive and highly organized Order Fulfilment Coordinator to oversee the smooth intake, processing, and dispatch of customer orders. This pivotal role ensures that each order is fulfilled quickly and accurately, helping us maintain excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As the key link between sales, warehouse, and logistics, you will monitor incoming orders in real time, prioritise urgent shipments, and coordinate with packing teams and the dispatch team to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor incoming orders via wholesale, and manual entry systems.
* Verify order accuracy and stock availability.
* Prioritise and schedule orders to be packed and despatched in a timely manner.
Packing & Dispatch Coordination:
* Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure efficient packing of goods.
* Monitor the packing process to minimise delays and resolve any bottlenecks.
* Ensure all parcels are prepared in accordance with customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
Customer Communication:
* Respond to internal or external queries related to order status or dispatch.
* Notify customers of any delays or inventory issues promptly and professionally.
Process Improvement:
* Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the order fulfilment process.
* Collaborate with order processing team to improve lead times and reliability.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Proven experience in an order fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse coordination role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills a must.
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle high order volumes with accuracy.
* Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Proficient in Excel.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (a bonus)
