Salary: £350 per assessment, 1 assessment per day

ProblemShared is a growing business focused on delivering high‑quality ADHD, autism, and learning differences assessments. We offer an integrated care model that includes psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions—all under one roof.
Responsibilities
 * Use your clinical and autonomous judgement (with Clinical Team Lead oversight) and experience to make treatment decisions for adults and young people with Autism. Provide remote ASC assessments as part of a pair of clinicians—one practitioner delivers the ADOS‑informed assessment while the other undertakes the ADI‑R within each assessment.
 * Complete risk assessments and review safeguarding needs during ongoing patient care.
 * Complete client records/reports accurately and in a timely manner on our clinical platform.
 * Make recommendations for additional assessments or interventions as appropriate.
 * Attend regular clinical supervision, management supervision, and multidisciplinary team meetings/case discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Ability to undertake both ADOS and ADI‑R is essential.
 * Current NMC, HCPC or Social Work England registration with no restrictions on practice.
 * Professional background as Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, or Social Worker with experience diagnosing Autism autonomously.
 * Ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
 * Up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation, research and developments relevant to Autism.
