As our Associate Paraplanner, you will be responsible for: Participating in and delivering comprehensive financial research, within set SLAs, using company approved research tools. Preparing financial reports across a wide range of advice types and financial products. And developing a strong understanding of the firms Advice Guidance when delivered. Completing tax and other complex ad-hoc calculations for clients and advisors, as and when required. Managing your own workflow effectively by managing your diary and proactively adhering to SLA. Identifying any training requirements for yourself for the team and identifying any process improvements and escalating where necessary. Supporting the wider Paraplanning team with pod management of workflow, while also participating in team projects, adhering to set deadlines. What we are looking for in our ideal Associate Paraplanner: Working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning or readiness to join the Associate Paraplanner programme. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in personal financial planning and in the construction of financial planning research and financial planning reports. Experience In an IFA environment An excellent standard of written and verbal communication and the ability to demonstrate strong report writing skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work towards deadlines.
