Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will:
* Organize and supervise the unit to meet Compass Group UK & Ireland standards and contract specifications
* Manage the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the unit, ensuring quality service
* Prepare, cook, and serve food to agreed standards and specifications
* Utilize resources efficiently, including stock, team members, and company assets
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who possesses:
* Strong chef skills and a solid understanding of food preparation
* Experience in people management and effective communication
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability
* Proven experience in leading successful teams in a similar environment
* A Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* A minimum of 2 years of catering experience
* Excellent financial acumen and IT literacy
