About the Role
Solicitor – EL/PL & Clinical Negligence. As a Solicitor – EL/PL & Clinical Negligence, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, primarily relating to employers/public liability and medical negligence cases. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will work under the supervision of partners, contributing to a firm known for providing exemplary legal services with a caring approach.
Candidate Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of EL/PL and medical negligence claims efficiently
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legal developments
* Work autonomously, ensuring all case documentation and deadlines are met
* Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the firm by delivering high‑quality work
Candidate Skills & Experience
* Qualified solicitor with a solid traineeship and/or up to 3 years PQE in personal injury litigation
* Strong technical knowledge with a commercial approach
* Excellent client handling and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
