Preston Park is looking for an experienced and exceptional class teacher who is interested in leading computing across the school, to join our vibrant school starting in September 2026.

The Post
We are looking for a creative, committed, outstanding teacher to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to move into middle management by leading a curriculum subject. The candidate must have a passion for teaching the computing curriculum across the school.

The Person
We are looking for an individual who can share the founding vision and ethos for Preston Park.
* Experienced and highly skilled in delivering the primary curriculum
* Highly knowledgeable about how children learn
* Innovative, passionate about teaching, with a ‘can do’ attitude
* A consistently Good and Outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations (no excuses) of accelerated progress
* A team player with energy, stamina and many creative fresh ideas
* Resilient and able to hit the ground running
* Knowledge of computing curriculum is essential
* Previous experience of leading a curriculum subject area
* Skilled to effectively teach children for whom English is an additional language
We are seeking individuals who have a degree or equivalent and a teaching qualification/QTS.
