What you could be doing
* Preparing and batching ingredients used in our products.
* Setting up and operating machinery that mixes or cooks our products.
* Setting up and operating machinery that fills our well‑known packaging with our products.
* Performing routine maintenance and basic tasks to support our Engineering team.
* Important quality checks on our products at different stages in the production process.
* General hygiene of machinery and working areas – following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Working Hours
3 shift rotation – days 06:00 – 14:00, afternoons 14:00 – 22:00, nights 22:00 – 06:00, over a 3‑week rolling fixed shift pattern.
Annual Salary
£36,488 (inclusive of 3 shift allowance).
What we need from you
* Self‑motivated.
* Able to work alone or as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work across multiple departments as and when required.
* Good attention to detail.
* A high level of technical ability.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in FMCG / manufacturing.
* Health & Safety qualifications.
* Food safety qualifications.
* FLT licence.
* GCSE Maths or equivalent.
* GCSE English or equivalent.
