Key Responsibilities
Log and manage service and repair requests for groundcare equipment, including mowers, strimmer's, chainsaws, and turf machinery.
Coordinate servicing, repairs, and breakdowns for both workshop and field service technicians.
Prepare job cards, service reports, and warranty documentation accurately and on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related customer enquiries.
Assist with warranty claims and service invoicing.
Skills & Experience
Experience in service administration within groundcare, agricultural, or mechanical equipment industries
Familiarity with groundcare machinery and service terminology
Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
High accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Competent with MS Office and service/workshop management systems
