Respons ibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Being the primary contact for the field-based service team, including engineers and technicians, ensuring HR, Health & Safety, and wellbeing initiatives are delivered and handling queries.
2. Consulting to understand business needs and influence discussions and decisions on employee structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
3. Supporting the Regional Service Management team with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
4. Leading and supporting employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
5. Managing and supporting performance issues, absence management, and employee welfare.
6. Coaching managers and supervisors on HR-related skills and best practices.
7. Coordinating key data and documentation for payroll processing.
8. Attending service-related meetings, sharing information, gathering feedback, and providing necessary training.
9. Improving work relationships with management and employees to ensure engagement and staff retention.
10. Being an active member of the UK and EMEA HR team to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a field-based setting.
* Experience working closely with Engineers and Technicians in a service setting.
* Experience in managing ER cases, absence management, and the employee lifecycle.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to travel throughout the UK as needed; a full driver's license is required.
* Preferably fully or part CIPD qualified.
Benefits, Salary, and Hours:
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience.
Benefits:
* Fully expensed company car including fuel card.
* Hours of 9 – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
* 25 days holidays + bank holidays holidays, increasing with length of service.
