We're working with a leading insurance organisation who are looking for an Acturis Software Trainer - but we're just as keen to speak with Acturis power users from the business who are excited by the idea of moving into the training world.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Acturis training across the business. This will include:
* Delivering Acturis training to users at different experience levels (classroom & virtual)
* Supporting system rollouts, upgrades and enhancements
* Creating and updating training materials, guides and eLearning content
* Assessing training needs and tailoring sessions accordingly
* Supporting users post-training and feeding back improvements
* Working closely with stakeholders across the business
Who We're Looking For
We’re open to two types of background:
* Experienced Software / Acturis Trainers
* OR
* Acturis Users from the Business (brokers, ops, admin, system SMEs) who are confident with the platform and would love to move into training
You’ll ideally have:
* Strong hands‑on Acturis experience
* Great communication skills
* Confidence presenting to individuals and groups
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* A genuine interest in learning & development
Previous training experience is a bonus - but not essential if you have the right attitude and system knowledge.
