Job Description
In this position you will be managing and developing a designated Strategic and Key account portfolio of Entertainment clients across the Europe and global division with an emphasis on driving business into the PME portfolio of hotels and achieving team and individual targets as set annually. Following the strategy as defined annually for the global sales division
MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB:
* Role will require someone who can take a proactive approach with strong account management experiences and ability to build relationships and multi task
* Proactive consultative selling approach
* Ability to present confidently internally and externally at senior board level.
* Strong organisation experience
* Attend Exhibitions, international fam trips and client face to face meetings
* Robust negotiation and problem solving skills.
* Involvement in external/ internal commercial & contractual negotiations.
* The role requires some travel regionally and abroad.
