Accurately process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Manage employee payroll queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports, such as PAYE and National Insurance.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
Assist in streamlining and improving payroll processes.
Support the team with ad hoc payroll-related tasks as required.

A successful Payroll Coordinator should have:
Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the life science or similar industry.
