About the Role
The Head of Transformation will lead strategic transformation initiatives across the RMS business in the UK, ensuring cohesive cross-functional execution of an Enterprise operating model / digital rollout and enabling growth through the development of a scalable market expansion strategy
This position reports directly to the RMS UK Group MD and will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The Head of Transformation will act as the integrator between strategy and execution, aligning functions, removing barriers and driving coordinated delivery of transformation outcomes
1. Lead and coordinate Business Area contribution to Enterprise transformation
2. Ensure alignment and coordination across RMS UK functions to deliver a cohesive transformation approach
3. Translate Enterprise transformation objectives into practical implementation plans for RMS
4. Drive consistency in adoption of new operating models, governance structures and ways of working
5. Monitor transformation progress and organisational readiness
6. Drive a culture of collaboration and enterprise thinking
7. Lead development of a scalable framework for identifying and executing beachhead opportunities
8. Establish clear transformation governance and delivery mechanisms
9. Provide executive insights and recommendations
10. Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value
11. Interface with senior leadership teams in UK and US
Required skills, qualifications and experience
12. A degree or equivalent in technical, business or programme management and/or relevant experience
13. Proven experience in organising and directing multiple teams across geographic boundaries while fostering a collaborative environment
14. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading large scale strategic initiatives and projects
15. Demonstrated experience operating in a fast past environment and adapting to changing priorities
16. Proven experience engaging and managing relationships to achieve shared objectives
17. Excellent communicator with strong organisational, leadership, team building, planning, and time management skills
18. Demonstrated ability to organise and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds while creating a working environment that fosters belonging
19. Exert influence in the development of overall objectives and long-range goals of the organisation
20. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at the senior executive level
