What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and deliver high‑quality training as directed by the Regional Training Delivery Manager Design and deliver training aligned with Area, Regional and Force‑wide learning priorities Conduct delegate assessments in line with course objectives and learning outcomes Evaluate training delivery to support continuous improvement Support wider Learning and Development initiatives and projects Maintain personal operational competence and qualifications Participate in frontline duties when required (Police Officers only) What You’ll Bring Essential Substantive in rank as a Police Constable A recognised training qualification, or willingness to work towards one An up‑to‑date mandatory training record (Police Officers only) Experience in training delivery Strong capability in training needs analysis, design and evaluation Confident facilitation and presentation skills A good understanding of Learning and Development best practice Desirable A1 Assessor qualification (or equivalent) CTLLS or an equivalent nationally recognised teaching qualification Experience in policing‑related operational roles or Learning and Development environments Ready to Apply?
