Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk

Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported across all areas of the recruitment cycle, including:
1. Assisting in full 360 recruitment within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing).
2. Attracting and sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
3. Screening CVs, conducting candidate interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
4. Supporting the management of temporary and permanent roles from initial briefing to successful placement.
5. Building relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs.
6. Assisting with compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination.
