* £11.92 to £14.17 per hour - 42 hours a week
* Full Time and Part Time positions available, shifts from 8am-8:30pm or 8pm-8:30am

We are recruiting for Children Support Workers for one of our residential children’s homes in Wisbech.
The working day can be unpredictable, involving duties such as organizing activities and attending parental appointments. We seek flexible, reliable, and adaptable individuals capable of reading situations to help our young people make positive choices.
Work involves:
* Rotas and sleep-ins depending on home size, with flexible working arrangements
* Meeting children and young people's needs in line with OFSTED regulations
* Organizing and facilitating social activities (out of school)
* Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping, etc.)
* Attending and participating in team meetings
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:
* Life skills are valued; experience with children or in health and social care is beneficial but not essential, as full training and support are provided
