We are seeking a knowledgeable, organised and proactive Exam Access Arrangements Officer to join our Exams and Academic & Learning Support teams.
* Coordinate the full EAA process, including referrals, screening schedules, evidence gathering, assessments, and applications.
* Manage JCQ‑compliant documentation such as Form 8s, learner profiles, and supporting evidence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support the organisation of exam arrangements, including readers, scribes, assistive technology, rooming, and communication with students and staff.
* Lead and support staff training, helping colleagues understand EAA requirements, ‘normal way of working’ expectations, and inclusive assessment practice.
If you have experience in EAAs, exams administration, SEND/ALS, or compliance-based roles—and you are a confident communicator with strong IT literacy, and a commitment to supporting young people—we would love to hear from you.
This role is part time, 19.5 hours, 3 days per week. Days and times negotiable.
