Lead Game Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Game Product Management, you will study the game economy, player motivations and player journey to identify opportunities that increase revenue and engagement, informing and facilitating user acquisition. You will help build the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with game leadership. Help evaluate outcomes and prioritisation backlog features. You will work with the Data Science and Design teams to bring a higher-level perspective, facilitating and driving ideas that elevates specific goals. You will help us maintain our financial forecasting model and review performance against product goals. You will be responsible of conducting game health and metric analysis and when issues arise identify underlying causes. You will run weekly check-ins with the game team to guide game performance reviews and lead the data-driven decision-making culture in Playdemic.
Responsibilities
 * Study the game economy, player motivations and player journey to identify opportunities that increase revenue and engagement, informing and facilitating user acquisition.
 * Help build the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with game leadership. Evaluate outcomes and prioritise backlog features.
 * Collaborate with Data Science and Design teams to bring a higher-level perspective and drive ideas that achieve specific goals.
 * Maintain the financial forecasting model and review performance against product goals.
 * Conduct game health and metric analysis and identify underlying causes when issues arise.
 * Run weekly check-ins with the game team to guide game performance reviews and foster a data-driven decision-making culture in Playdemic.
Qualifications
 * 5+ years of Product Management, Game Design, Data Science, or Business Performance experience in a mobile or console games context.
 * Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design.
 * Experience presenting decks to internal and external partners.
 * Experience in financial forecasting and expected outcome frameworks.
 * Experience in designing content, A/B tests, campaigns and features that maximise acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product life cycle.
 * Ability to obtain insights and develop strategies through analytical metrics-driven analysis and design experimentation.
